Plym Lets provides fully-managed and tenant find services for landlords in the Plymouth area.

For both services, I will:

• Meet you and visit the property;

• Make sure that all the legislation is in place for the rental property;

• Advise on rent;

• Advertise through various media and this Plym Lets website;

• Attend viewings with prospective tenants;

• Use a professional referencing company;

• Get a detailed inventory of the rental property before the tenant moves in;

• Get the contracts signed;

• Get the deposits lodged;

• Attend the property when the tenants move in on a mutually-agreed date with you;

  
  

For the full management service, I will also:

• Advise utility companies of the new tenants at that property;

• Inspect the property every six months and email a report to you;

• Arrange for repairs and maintenance;

• Manage surrender of tenancy, collecting keys and moving out inventory.

For the tenant find service, if you wish, I can also:

• Arrange to do periodical inspections for you;

• Arrange periodical checks such as gas certificates and electrical EICR certificates, etc;

• Manage surrender of tenancy, collecting keys and moving out inventory.
